When I opened my first chiropractic practice, I tried to use talks to build it.
I froze before every single one. My hands would sweat. I'd pitch my practice and watch the room stay quiet, that awful kind of quiet where nobody signs up and you just smile and say "thanks for coming."
It made me feel like I wasn't good enough. Like maybe the future of my practice wasn't as solid as I needed it to be. But somewhere underneath all that, I knew it was still possible for me, if I could just figure out how.
So I got obsessed. I bought every speaking and influence training I could find. I flew to every seminar I could get a seat at. I sought out anyone, big name or small, who actually knew how to do this and learned what I could from them. Tens of thousands of dollars. Thousands of hours. All of it going toward one thing: building a system I could pour everything I knew into. A talk that actually worked.
A talk I could give again and again, in front of any room, any size. One I could shrink down to 5 minutes or stretch out to 60, depending on what the moment called for. A talk that built so much trust, so much real connection, that by the end, people didn't need convincing. They just said yes.
I built that practice on speaking. And then I built the next one the same way.
Twenty-two years later, I've stood on stages, in person and online, all over the world, and I've learned how to do this well. Now I want to hand you everything I know. Not the theory. The actual mechanics of speaking with confidence, selling without feeling sleazy, and building something real on the back of it.
That's what TRANSFORM Speaking Academy is.
